CELEBRATE! It's a winter wonderland at the 7th Annual Pentagon Row Holiday Festival! Join us Saturday, November 14 from 5-7 p.m. as we kick off the holidays in style with a festive snow fall, free horse & carriage rides, a special visit from Santa, refreshments, balloon art, face painting, merchant specials and more!
